Nine years ago I volunteered to put together a Music Festival in my hometown of Fairplay. I brought in my neighbors son who had contacts with Sony Music. We worked together over the next 3 years to grow our event from 40 bands to 140 bands, added a conference, panel discussion and juried Fine Art Show. The same type of Event continued for 4 more years in spite of less Sponsor commitments. Working these Artists into gigs as they came into Town for our Event became my mission. Today, I do all I can for those Touring Musicians that need to keep their bus rolling. I had two Bands travel from Florida to Colorado for our Event (scouted when there in Winter) housed them, kept them performing and promoted. The Venues that I booked were far from the metros, but willing to provide a true "mountain" experience for the Band on the road.

Moving on to a more permanent residence in Florida...I'm still crazy loyal for the Colorado Artists that I've grown to respect over years of promotion and booking. Now there's a new "corridor"; Colorado to Florida and back, respectively. I'm building a bridge for the road warriors through Ft. Smith, Arkansas; all genres. New Events are brewing on the horizon: Space Coast Music Festival/Earth Awareness; Beats at the Beach; All For One Spring Break Camp Out and The Castle Land Project along with local Events: Groove Shoes All Pro Jam; Valentines and Bacon at Webby D's in Ft. Smith, AR; Musicians Aid Benefit for Brevard Musicians.
